The end of this pipe was "plugged" with a rag which was held in place with a chunk of concrete. Not an approved method of capping an abandoned drain pipe.

These soap buffles show a small gas leak.


Over time a great deal of water can leak into the roof structure around poorly fitting flashings.

This pipe in a crawl space has been chewed on by vermin----most likely rats.

This main vent stack has a hole through the side. Repairs are necessary to prevent sewer gases and waste from leaking into the home.

This is corrosion due to dissimilar metals-----eventually the pipe may leak or the hanger may fail.

This drain attachment took way more time to make than it would have to have done it properly.
