My Mission

As a Home Inspector, I am committed to bringing all my years of experience, as well as my continuing education regarding home construction practices, to bear, in assisting the Home Buyer/Seller with their Home purchase/sale. It is my intention that the Home Buyer/Seller have an accurate, "snap-shot" of the major components of the Home, thus assisting them in making an informed decision. sion

Company Profile

I have been designing and building residential structures for over 35 years. As a "hands-on" contractor I have been actively involved in all aspects of residential construction. As a designer and a builder, I have had to keep up-to-date in all the trades involved in this work, from foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, siding, and roofing. My specialties have been kitchen design, second story additions, whole house remodels, and new passive solar houses.

I am a Member of ASHI, www.ashi.org (American Society of Home Inspectors), Member #246514.

I am a Member of NACHI, www.nachi.org (The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), Member #04022235.

I am a Graduate of Bellingham Technical College, Bellingham, Wa., Residential Home Inspection Course (160 hours) www.btc.ctc.edu, and I am currently an instructor with this program which has expanded to other technical college facilities throughout Washington State.

I have passed the NHIE (National Home Inspectors Exam). This exam is currently the test used to meet licensing requirements in many states and is required by some Home Inspection Association's membership requirements.
