The "double tapped" red wires are not proper for the type of breaker. These wires should terminate at there own breakers.

There has been a fire in this junction box. Note the melted wire nut and tape and bottom right. This was a junction box where copper conductors have been connected to the original Aluminum branch circuit wiring in homes can be very hazardous and requires special connectors installed by specialized contractors.

This garbage disposal has been wired with phone wire. The wire is vulnerable to overheating and represents a fire hazard.
This receptacle is not properly installed in a junction box with proper cover plate. This represents an obvious shock hazard.
