Twin Ponds, Shoreline, WA, is located at the corner of 1st Ave NE & N 155th St. The park consists of two ponds that were commercially dredged for peat moss many years ago. They now have become a great place to walk around and check out the wildlife, take pictures—-and be immersed in a bit of serenity, even though still in the city and close to the the highway.

I love these pictures and this part. I’ve a feeling that we might have been in the part at the same time, when you took some of those pictures. I remember them, like the turtles sunning themselves.
