Thanks for purchasing these illustrations.
These are common illustrations used by home inspectors in their reports. They are intentionally minimal with the idea that labeling would be done by the user. Some illustrations have no labeling at all.
Please enjoy, and please do not share unless you want to risk contributing to my retirement fund.
These illustrations are incredibly inexpensive and they are copyrighted so there is no reason to “steal” them 🙂 .

Notification of errors is greatly appreciated and keep in mind these may not be completely accurate for your area and some relabeling may be necessary and some adjustments for the code cycles adopted for your area may be necessary. This is the responsibility of the user. Any specific differences or changes you would like I can provide them for you and add them to the gallery.
While I have done my best to ensure the accuracy of these drawings, some amount of error or oversimplification should be anticipated. They are provided for informational purposes only and they are not intended as a substitute for any actual codes and should not be a substitute for the advice of a qualified design professionals.

Currently this is NOT very mobile friendly. Until I can get this problem fixed, the images must be clicked on along the bottom edge of each picture, and holding the phone horizontal will possibly show the whole width of the two columns of images. Otherwise a “real” computer works great. 🙂
