There is a sport climb in Leavenworth, WA, called Outer Space. It is on a dang near vertical wall of granite that is approximately 800 feet tall. If you have ever stood under the Space Needle in Seattle, it is 
that tall plus another 200 feet.
I have climbed that particular route many times, and while not technically difficult (“hard” 5-9), any serious mistake would certainly result in mass rearranging of body parts and would not likely be a story you would get to tell.
About two thirds of the way up the climb there is a nice ledge affectionately known as “library ledge” for its history of supposedly being the repository for a collection of girlie magazines. There were never any magazines there during my visits to the Library–but one could always hope.
Libraries seem to be found in the strangest places.
As a home inspector I frequently find attic libraries–even duct-work libraries. Finding such literature in attics is not that surprising as attics are used for storage of all kinds of things. Duct-work is a little more creative as it shows an obvious “deliberateness” to ones studies.
Until a recent inspection I had never found a crawl space library.
To each their own, I guess.
