One of the qualities of a good joke is that it makes your eyes water and your guts break no matter how many times you hear it. I would love to tell my favorite “carpenter joke” or the “old bull and the young bull joke”—but I am not about to do it in a public forum.
Music is a little like that to—-music that will endure—-last forever—you never get tired of hearing.
Well, the same goes for house defects that inspectors find that repeat themselves. Once you find one that makes you scratch your head it will always be worth scratching your head again and again. I wonder how many inspectors have sores on their head from all the scratching we are forced to do. Clinically there is a name for people that dig at themselves—but we have a real reason as opposed to because of the “ghosts” in or belfry.
Here is one of my favorite repeats—-hope you like it as much as I do.

Now if I could only wave my magic sprayer wand and make it all better—but then again it is “functional” and perhaps the plumber was after a “clean look” at the back of the sink.
There I go—scratching my head again.

That’s one of my favorites as well. I’ll be you’ve never found that at a sink that had an extra hole 🙂
Quite right Reuben—always because the “extra” hole was already used and they didn’t have the gumption to drill another hole in the sink 🙂
